Ihor Puhaiko

Ihor Puhaiko is a litigation and regulatory lawyer qualified in Ukraine and the State of New York. He advises companies, shareholders, executives and private clients on complex commercial disputes, tax litigation, regulatory proceedings and contentious matters involving government authorities.

Ihor’s practice focuses on representing clients in high-stakes disputes before Ukrainian courts, particularly matters involving tax authorities, regulatory bodies, commercial counterparties and public institutions. He has extensive experience developing litigation strategies, managing complex evidence, representing clients in court proceedings and protecting business interests in contentious situations.

His litigation experience includes disputes arising from tax audits and assessments, challenges to unlawful decisions and actions of government authorities, commercial disputes, corporate conflicts and administrative proceedings. Ihor advises clients on tax-related risks, regulatory compliance and disputes arising from business operations. His experience allows him to analyze contentious matters not only from a procedural perspective but also by understanding the commercial, financial, and regulatory context behind the dispute.
